Built the inventory structure and team of Noon’s mega facility in East-Cairo with total capacity of 2 million items. Currently, leading the operations of the +200 outbound fulfillment team.
o Oversee and assess existing processes and workflows.
o Implement and test new procedures to optimize productivity and maintenance activities.
o Assemble reports to document process status and changes.
o Track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
o Collect and analyze KPIs data in all operations department and apply improvements.
o Successfully helping the company to evaluate and improve the business processes through studying historical data, identifying gaps, and building forecasts.
o Providing meaningful analytics, financial models, and business reporting to support the decision-making function and track/monitor results.
o Initiating and managing a change in maintenance culture through implementing a proactive maintenance strategy using automated CMMS and Assets Tracking systems.
o Analyzing assets and maintenance data using data mining methods, preparing annual reports, and setting relative KPI targets.
o Creating and executing Work Orders, assigning team members to their tasks.
o Managing day-to-day workloads and schedules and allocate work accordingly.
o Creating a stocking strategy, managing inventory levels and purchasing orders.
o Optimizing overseas sourcing strategies in order to improve the quality of procured goods and services and increase cost savings.
Designed and commissioned 1 pharmaceutical plant HVAC systems with investments of +100 Million EGP.
Responsible of Electro mechanical installation, related to HVAC systems & pumping.
Developing and creating new marketing strategies that include approaching new potential customers,
joining the clients' vendors list, developing the company's website and profile.
Identifying, preparing and submitting financial and technical quotations for Electro-mechanical works.
Preparing project schedules and cost sheet analysis.
Preparing company profile presentations.
General maintenance of the site’s utilities including pumps, pipelines, products’ tanks and boilers.
Training held in the Engineering office in order to get familiar with the current projects at that time.
