My main responsibility is to prepare all kinds of reports that related to sales department in order to help the management to review an evaluate the situation of sales team and how they perform and to focus on the weakness to improve it.

In addition, I prepare every quarter the target for the whole sales team by preparing reports about their performance in the last quarter, and then monitor and help the sales team to achieve their targets by focus in special families, areas and categories by show the sales team the facts by the number and the value of each area, category comparing to our sales for the last year or even by comparing our performance to the other companies that related to our business and the margin that we can improve.

In addition, I am responsible of the sales administrative team that prepare the invoices for the customers and my main objective to be sure that all the work is going smoothly without any simple mistake.
