• Conduct the situational analysis for the project activities with the MoE beneficiaries, to determine the needed technical support.
• Develop a written statements in collaboration with the counterparts describing the transfer of technical skills to the staff, with specific objectives and timelines.
• Conduct the quantitative and qualitative data analysis of the field collected data, develop the data collection tools, and report the results.
• Support and participate in the consultation processes among partners between OpenEMIS and ETC and VE, with regard to the particular needs of teacher training and licensing, and on ways how to link those with the new and existing databases to be mapped by the TA.
• Deliver the professional development standards and training packages, for inclusive education and vocational education teachers.
• Conduct the training needs assessment for inclusive education and pedagogical skills, produce the relative TNA report.
• Participate in the (MoE, HCD, UNESCO, and GIZ) workshops, sessions, and conferences related to inclusion and diversity in education in Jordan. Which included IE networking, support systems, IE framework, IE trainings mapping, and following up the IE roadmap.
• Manage and guide the multi-purpose evaluation and training content development of the inclusive education for the in-service teachers/staff.
• Engage in the projects M&E activities such as 100-schools survey, MEL tools for in-service teacher training programs, and self-assessment tools for the vocational schools.
• Participate in developing inception, progress, annual, and evaluation reports.
• Develop long-term and short-term implantation/ work plans for the specific activities/ tasks.
• Develop the ToRs of the needed short-term consultants for the projects activities.
• Manage and review the non-key experts delivered plans, workshops, reports, and technical support, to make sure they achieved the required outputs.
• Continuously liaise with key national partners QRTA and TAs from other development partner organizations active in the IE and TVET areas, especially USAID, GIZ, UNESCO and UNICEF.

(Full time) CADER (PRESTIJ program) Amman - Jordan Field and Operations Coordinator - Participation in the planning process to achieve the programs deliverables and outputs (annual, quarterly, action).
• Leading focus groups discussion, facilitation sessions and training venues.
• Following up PLC sessions, quality of implementation.
• Building data collection tools depending on the needed criteria and policies (quality of implementation, pre and post training comparisons, program impact), and doing the needed statistical analysis (quantitative & qualitative) using Excel & SPSS, and reporting the results.
• Coordinating for meeting venues with the partners, stakeholders, and focal points (face-to-face and via Microsoft teams, Zoom).
• Communication: internally (project manager, operations team, financial senior, IT senior, content team, field directors), externally (MOHE universities partnership leaders, MOE training FD, IREX team-partners, Edvise me-program policies, monitoring and evaluation senior, Queen Rania Teachers Academy- QRTA, MOE field directorates & schools, private schools).

• Coordinating the coaches schedules and keeping schedules modified up to date.

• Responsible for training and distributing coaches at different areas in middle area of Jordan.
