Manage the daily air and ground freight consolidation and forwarding activities within accepted performance levels

Overseeing stock control, inventory and processing orders;
Develop new methods for improving inventory accuracy and methods for training warehouse staff on inventory management best practices.
Conduct root cause assessment resulting in corrective & preventive actions to reduce inventory discrepancies
Develop and monitor metrics for inventory accuracy within the warehouse (99.92%)
Provide support and direction to Inventory team and warehouse supervisors.
Ensure the completion of all the reporting required such Receipt and Move Audit (RMA), Cycle Count, Spot checks, Zero Locations checks and Periodic inventory checks
Successfully modified process design & systematic use to facilitate inventory accuracy and process efficiency.
Represent company to licensing and accrediting bodies to facilitate and coordinate licensing
Consulting with other managers to identify training needs
Drawing up an overall training plan
Producing materials for in-house training
Responsible for the development and delivery of Quality & safety trainings, for employees and/or management in coordination with the relevant training department
Conduct training needs assessments across the organization as needed.
Track and measure development results and analyze results and build plans for continuous improvement.

Experience in providing consultancy / implementation of different Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 22000:2005
Working with training providers to develop suitable course content
Evaluating the success of both individual training and the overall program
Assist with the design and implementation of performance management and development planning processes by maximizing talent management technology and best practices.
Manage “people” content in the Learning Management System; measure utilization and results.
Managing regular staff appraisals and reviews and making sure staff have opportunities for ongoing development
Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of a public or private sector establishment
