Responsibilities:
• Responsible for service delivery and Outsourced Manpower management. Providing staffing solutions to various clients consisting of multi-disciplinary Provisionals across different majors.
• Responsible to manage recruitment projects for Private and Government entities.
• Manpower planning/ staffing based on the upcoming projects and deciding future resourcing plans in consultation with the department heads.
• Manage, Maintain and grow existing client’s relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing and driving the strategic direction of recruitment within the organization.
• Develop Talent Acquisition strategy, establish and maintain processes, frameworks and infrastructure
• Define KPI for the recruitment activity and regularly follow results-number of recruitments finalized, quality of recruitment, recruitment duration, career evolution of High Potentials, turnover, feedback from new employees, level of satisfaction of internal hires.

• Involved in handling recruitment and Manpower Budgeting
• Monitor and supervise all aspects of employee data, files, immigration procedures to ensure compliance with local laws & regulations.
• Provide guidance and assistance to HR Unit Heads and operations managers on issues related to recruitment.
