PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• 2013 - Present: Lawyer., Legal adviser and political writer analysing the Syrian crisis and refugees. Political reviewer and analiset the current situation in the Arab region. In addition Experience in the field of labor issues and the Jordanian labor laws and its applications, and consultant & agent for several companies and migration cases.
• Developing and directing the corporate legal function and managing the outside legal counsel including lawsuits management.
• Managing all legal aspects of projects being taken by the group including closing of the projects agreements and working with external entities on legal aspects of due diligence.
• Drafting /reviewing different types of agreements mainly sale & purchase agreements, distribution agreements, IT agreements, Licensing, Joint ventures, Equipment purchases agreements, maintenance agreements, constructions agreements, management agreements, manufacturing agreements and advertising agreements.
• Overseeing the corporate staff function as human resources, employment contracts, social security and retirements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual conditions and serve the group with legal counseling ongoing basis and advise senior management on the effective management of contractual and legal risks.
• Handling all matters and gives the proper legal advice.
• 2011-2013: Administrative Coordination and Liaison Officer of the Zaatari Refugee Camp located near Mafraq Jordan which was established to house the Syrian refugees. My responsibilities included camp oversight and evaluating the need of the camp and coordinate collaboration with national and international Authorities Also, worked for the Jordanian Armed Forces as one of the lead liaisons with several International organizations, Participated in the establishment of the Syrian Refugee Committee in Zaatari Camp during the Syrian Crisis which started back in 2010, This committee was established back in July 2012 to organize and facilitate the humanitarian aid for the Refugees at Al Zaatari Camp in collaboration with different national and international organizations .
• 2008-2011: Manage Work in the field of legal affairs and administrative for the Jordanian Armed Forces.
• 2004-2008: General prosecutor (Attorney General) for the Jordanian Armed Forces.
• 1992-2004: General duties within the Jordanian Armed Forces which included oversight of internal operations in accordance with the Jordanian civil law, In addition to the follow-up refugee issues .

• United Nation Refugee Law Training course, Amman Jordan (Dec 2 to 3, 1997)
• United Nation Training Workshop on Refugee Law, Amman, Jordan (1998 & 2002).
• Several courses on military protocols for international relationship including transfer of classified information.

• Basic computer training, Computer literate (including working knowledge of Microsoft Office) and ability to do internet based research.
