AT my current work my Responsibility and duties are:
* Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
*Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
*Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

During my internship at Deloitte i have done some works:
• Assisted the team in developing policies and procedures for several HR processes including performance management and training and development.
• Supported the team in developing competency framework.
•Held accountability of the documents received from the client and applied consistency of the format of the documents delivered.
• Supported the team in researches on Islamic Banking.

During my training period at Modon Group i have learn how to Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information, Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports; Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures; Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information;

During my internship at Al-REEF AL- LEBNANI Hotel Apartments, Muscat Oman, i was Providing and interpreting financial information; Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends; Formulating strategic and long-term business plans; Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems; and Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements;
