Reporting to Executive Vice President - Professional Services and Global Support (PS&GS) and / or one of his designates. Handling all subjects of business and technical support to the company clients across the Globe:

Responsible for the maintenance and support of the core banking system.
Working with clients to refine, prioritize and schedule all the technical assistant requests (TARs)
Performs Proprietary Software’s upgrade testing.
Responsible for implementation, maintenance & support of core banking solution at customer’s sites.
Functional and Technical Analysis of iMAL Proprietary Software’s specific features
Data migration analysis and build.
Offline/Online integration analysis (Swift, Ach clearing, ATM).
Defining the client business requirements and preparing the Business Change Requests (BCRs), and getting sign-off of the BCRs.
Assist the senior BSCS billing consultant in most parts of billing troubleshooting and working as a link between reporting, mediation, billing and customer service problems.
• Handling billing troubleshooting and involved in the supervision of an in-house integration project of provisioning with the BSCS database through a follow up with the senior consultant on the phases of implementations.
• Provisioning supervision and on demand follow up, monitoring and quality assurance for consistency between billing system and provisioning system.
• Work as tunnel between IN, VAS and billing unit to assure the low failures and erroneous cases of subscribers caused by those units.
• Reporting and business intelligence in the business support unit
• Basic roaming assistance and TADIG validations
Acting as employee in the information technology department of the company and charged in troubleshooting and maintenance of the company’s network and system.
• Assisting in the development of oracle forms and reports in the reinsurance brokering field and handling bugs and problems for the in-house oracle software.
• Charged in launching new intranet project for the company using Microsoft SharePoint by planning, developing and creating new user interfaces for the employees.
Presenting an efficient algorithm for data collection using network coding by introducing SR-Code (Smart Relays- Code); the proposed protocol was able to reach improved reliability over alternative protocol when packet loss occurs in a wireless sensor network. This work will be a new publication in any upcoming conference in the field.
Operating as customer service representative in the commercial domain and reporting to the team supervisor, then acting as data support and offering my technical background to present a professional image about the company as permanent employee during this period.
Design and implementation of a transmission schema between a user and a vending machine operator and the principals of a microcontroller based on GSM commands using the AT command. Illustration of the project was presented using two programmed PICs with TX/RX and keypad.
