Responsibilities:
 Manage the Document Management System (DMS) and the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) from both business and IT perspectives.
 Conduct needed assessments to identify application requirements within different bank’s groups/departments and coordinate effectively with them to achieve shared objectives.
 Develop documents management system features ex. user interface, access profiles and document workflow procedures.
 Administer document and system access rights and revision control to ensure security of system and integrity of master documents.
 Acts as a trusted advisor for business owners with respect to digital and physical document management and workflow as it is used in their business. And wearing multiple hats within different projects as PM project manager, BRM business relation manager and BA business analyst.
 Work closely with teams of enterprise content management professionals in the design, creation, integration, implementation, delivery, application development, project management, business analysis, quality assurance and administration/maintenance of enterprise and departmental digital and physical document management, online forms, workflow, and case management applications and their respective integration components utilizing my relevant technical experience.
 Is responsible for support of systems including incident management with arrangement with responsible IT teams, consultation, and defect fixes/enhancements
 Arrange with third party vendors in terms of document management systems.
 Assist at building checklists and criteria what being monitored by quality control team.
 Is responsible for the planning, coordination, and success of the Document Management Program with multi parties: IT and business owners as well as archiving vendors.
 Ensures the delivery of projects to implement, enhance, upgrade and decommission digital document management and workflow services.
 Coaches direct reports on administrative policies and procedures, priorities, digital and physical document management development.
 Participate with business owners and regulatory teams to review applied controls and to eliminate the possibility of error, meeting Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’s regulations (SAMA) and bank direction, improving efficiency in operations and increasing reliability and integrity.
 Conduct needed analysis/gap analysis, risk assessment and impact analysis with related teams in order to mitigate any potential risk that may happen because of any change.
