- Conduct assessments to identify training needs and requirements, Develop learning objectives to ensure content meets RSADF objectives and business goals using A.D.D.I.E, Plans, develops, and implements SCORM compliant curriculum, Installation the LMS System ( MOODLE ) and design the theme, Evaluates learning content and courses, Develop materials for instructor-led training, e-learning courses, and other learning programs, Develop facilitation guides for face to face training, Assist in evaluating effectiveness of training programs-including development of learning metrics, Modify and update course materials based on findings, Create and provide metrics on use, effectiveness, etc. of curriculum, Provide technical support and training to users on managers, teachers and students level
At that time I was everything. I mean I was the sales and project manager. I did front-end and back-end development. I even design the sites of my clients. However most of my projects require solid JavaScript/PHP skills. It was interesting time, because the things started to change. The flash started dying and everyone wanted his product in pure HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
At the University I was responsible for the front-end development. 50% of my time went to JavaScript/HTML/CSS tasks and the other half was taken by PHP/Databases development.
