Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and targets to meet customer orders through drafting and implementing the required action plans as needed.
• Be aware of the Company’s Statement of Purpose and Function and the Team, Leader/Residential Support Worker’s role in implementing them.
• Monitoring production processes to maintain product quality and implementing quality control measures to reduce defect and waste.
• Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal & external customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring that key performance indicators (KPI’s) are monitored and targets achieved.
• Delegate tasks effectively and analyze reports to improve efficiency and output.
• Troubleshoot any production problems and provide root cause analysis then proposals for solutions.
• Prevent any Material loss. (Lean manufacturing)
• Preparing a day report presented to the plant manager presenting production report, dispatching, inventory record, production performance, efficiency and forecast for manufacturing.
• Communicate with the teams by utilizing the visual management, delivering shift briefs with focus on quality, Cost and delivery, and good ideas for improvement.
• Manage the implementation of engineering changes, production trials, model change, and pilot build.
• Create a friendly and relaxed environment for the Workers encouraging enjoyment, Self- motivation, self-esteem and respect for themselves and others.
• Supervising the subordinates/teamwork by reallocating them to avoid the expected hot spots problems
• Share the process knowledge with the other departments to avoid repeat breakdowns
• share with managers and colleagues to create and generate new solutions for all the faced problems
• Lead and supervise a team of production staff and machine operators. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production timelines.
• Mange the efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, tools, and martials. Ensure the availability of necessary raw materials and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels
