Contract Engineer : I follow the Contract Management Plan which including:
Schedule of meeting (Kick-offs, HSE performance and QA/QC), Dates, Attendance and scope
Schedule of audits and inspection
Roles and responsibilities
Personnel managing contract
Setting of KPIs: executing against plan, HSE performance
Contract close out requirement
List of quality control sign-off
Vibration Analyst : Responsible for taking vibration reading to all the rotating equipment (pumps compressors, turbines ) in the field by using portable data collection, then uploading these reading to software on PC and analysis it to diagnose the failures and send reports to responsible section
Stock Analyst : Responsible for observing stock level to all vehicles spare parts in the field and issue material request for the needed items (depending on min/max for these items ) and evaluate the offered bids technically, and in some cases I make price agreement for some items when I see it is better for saving money, time and getting genuine spare parts.
