To manage the day to day activities of the purchasing department in line with the approved policies and
procedures.
Responsible for organizing and maintaining a central facility for the purchase of all goods, services and contracts on a best price / best quality basis. Also ensuring the smooth supply of material, consumables and equipment to the 7 poly clinics.
Duties:
Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services. Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers. Managing, developing & improving the purchasing team. Benchmarking performance of the Supply Chain. Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts. Adhering to all company policies with particular regard to accounting procedures. Administering the online purchasing systems. Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve best price/best quality purchasing.
Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices for purchases. Giving sourcing input to colleagues to aid business planning & development. Making recommendations & advising senior management on all purchasing issues. Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered received. Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships.
Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of all Pharmacy Services, departments and staff.
Oversee the Dispensing medications to outpatient and inpatient as well as purchasing the required medicines,
preparing the pharmacy policy and procedure and the hospital drug formulary .
Review and interpret physician's drug order for clarity, rationality, dosage form, allergies, interactions, incompatibilities, and contraindications. Process the medication orders using the Pharmacy information system, Compound and dispense medication order in accordance to Pharmacy Department's established policies and procedures.
Oversee the work of Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and support staff during the assigned shift. Maintain control and security of all drugs including dispensing, record keeping and secured storage of narcotics and controlled medications. Perform periodic physical inventory counts and handles inventory items that have reached the expiration date or are recalled. Provide drug information to healthcare providers, students, and patients. Demonstrate the ability to suggest appropriate, cost-effective therapeutic alternatives to medical staff, as needed. Perform monthly inspections of the medications storage area in nursing units and clinics.
Head of the therapeutic committee, preparing the drug insurance list, preparing the pharmacy policy and procedure and the hospital drug formulary,
preparing the pharmaceutical companies anual deals,
Check the dispensed medication prior to delivery, Monitor drug therapy for appropriateness of drug, dose, route, and duration of therapy.

perform the customer service training to all the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians’ .
perform the computer training to the pharmacist for the best usage of the pharmacy computer.
improve the pharmacies appearance, from outside and inside arrangements.
Support the development of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians’ clinical work .
The company is specialized in the new medical technology. I took my training in USA to be an implant consultant & product specialist for AMS (American medical Systems) for impotence and incontinence. I took training in USA for ambulatory cardiac monitors (Q-Med) also I sold extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) from a French manufacturer (Ticnomed)
