Plan, organize, direct, and control the sales objectives to reach the desired targets.
•Strategic planning and sales action plan development including SWOT analysis to analyze, develop, implement and improve specific processes to increase profitability and to sustain competitive advantage.
•Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales targets.
•Oversee and analyze monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of sales against budget and operational goals.
•Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems Report to senior management on maximizing business relationships and business revenue opportunities.
•Create an environment where customer service can flourish.
•Develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
•Meet agreed targets, and promote the organization’s presence throughout market research and study.
Collaborate with sales departments in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
•Work with product’s sales managers and marketing to help define/refine sales targets/achievements and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team.
•Work with sales managers to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of sales activities.
•Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
•Manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
•Accurately forecast annual business plans and budgets, and quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
•Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
•Day to day management of sales team including time management, assessment, training and disciplinary issues.
•Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
•Ensure that the sales resources evolve in line with the company’s visions and mission and business growth.
•Effectively manage, sustain and increase revenue from existing customers and identify new markets and business expansion.
•Responsible for the successful strategy, development and execution of assigned procurement programs to maximize efficiency, cost savings and reduce liability exposure.
•Establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
•Responsible of selection and recruitment of suitable sales teams.
