Coordinates, assigns, directs, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly
schedules for 6 engineers and around forty technician in the whole
kingdom

Responsible for the proper functioning of the entire support
equipment mechanic, so operational electric kitchen, laundry and
housekeeping / building can run smoothly

Establishes job priorities and time frames for Maintenance Staff•
Monitors completion of job assignments through frequent field
observation and inspections to ensure compliance with standards
and instruction and revises instructions and time frames as
necessary Creates and develops documents related RFP or RFB
maintenance projects
•
Maintains appropriate documentation of maintenance schedules,
equipment installations, structural repairs and work orders and
other operating reports for each project
•
Manages maintenance budget including monitoring inventory and
expenses
•
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and
plans, conferring with management
•
Determines project specifications by studying product design,
customer requirements, and performance standards; completing
technical studies; preparing cost estimates
•
Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests•
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and
specifications; calculating time requirement, sequencing project
elements
•
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress,
coordinating activities; resolving problems
•
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing information and trends; recommending actions Controls
project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and
schedule changes; recommending actions
•
Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering
contractor contracts
