PROJECT: ZAHRA BREEZE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING (G+P+7+R) IN TOWN SQUARE DUBAI, Al QUDRA ROAD

• Complete Electrical Works execution on site.
• Coordination with Main Contractor to Plan activities for Site
• Coordination with other Team members for Engineering and execution works
• Making sure Availability of materials on site
• Preparing Complete Shop drawings and follow up with main contractor and Consultant for approval
• solving issues with consultant and main contractor regarding submittals
• Follow up with sub contractors for specialist systems
• Raising RFI for any discrepancy or lack of information from IFC or Authority Approved
Drawings
• Raising Variation request for any additional works by carefully studying the drawings and any new requirements by main contractor or consultant
• arranging man power in coordination with Project Manager
• Coordination with site engineer, site supervisors and foreman to make sure work is done in accordance with Specifications/approved drawings and Engineers instruction
• Making BOQ
• In charge for all activities for Electrical systems (Power, Lighting, BMS, CCTV, Audio intercom, Access control, Fire alarm and voice evacuation, Central Battery system, Lighting Control etc) from Engineering to site execution on site.

• Designing Complete Electrical Systems from Project Preliminary design to Detailed Design and Releasing Tender.
• Preliminary load estimation. Study for Substation Electrical room locations and Risers/Cable routing.Input to development of project to minimize Discrepancies with all other services.
• Preparing and Coordination directly with Authorities for getting preliminary approval for electrical systems and leasing for initial design strategy as per Authorities Utility layouts (Load demand notification approval from ADDC, Meeting Etisalat for Initial design strategy etc.)
• Design complete layouts in coordination with all other services (lighting, Power, Low current and Fire alarm Systems Etc.) and as per Local regulations (ADDC, Etisalat etc.) International Standards (IEC Wiring regulations, BS 7671, NEC, CBISE)and developing them to meet the ESTIDAMA REQUIREMENTs.
• All required calculations for Developing Electrical design to final stage of Tender.
• Compiling all tender Documents For electrical systems including Project Specifications, BOQ.
• Site supervision to ensure all works carried on site are as per Approved drawing, specifications, local regulations, Client requirements and international standards
• Coordination with site team for solving problems on site.
• Inspections for electrical system, Reviewing Shop drawings, RFIs, Closing letters.
• Preparing weekly progress report.
• Following up site activities of contractor to meet the project schedule.
• Coordination with all Engineers for solving problems.
• Attending progress and technical meeting with Contractor and internally.

PROJECT: 4 Nos. Mixed Use Towers on Plot No.6 @ Al Nad, Al Qasimiya, Sharjah, U.A.E.
(2No.s Residential Tower 21F+1G+2B, Hotel Tower 23F+1G+2B, Offices Tower 23F+1G+2B, Parking, Carrefour, Podium and Landscape )

• Plan and coordinate all on-site MEP activities to comply with applicable owner contract documents, engineer and government specifications, requirements and codes.
• Establish and conduct internal audits to insure quality control requirements are met and recommend acceptance or rejection of all work in process as well as completed work items in compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
• Research and develop solutions to MEP problems and conflicts through timely and accurate interpretation of contract documents.
• Assist in the review and processing of MEP shop drawings and other submittals.
• Process Request for Information (RFI) and change order requests through appropriate parties on a timely basis to insure the prompt flow of information.
• Coordinate MEP drawings to insure all systems work within space constraints and code and keep current and accurate drawings and construction changes to insure that accurate “as built” documents are provided by our company and our subcontractors to our clients.
• Closely liaison with project superintendents to insure smooth interface and sequencing of MEP systems with various trades.
• Assist in reviewing purchase documents to insure compliance with quality control requirements and to insure all MEP materials received on the project site are in compliance with contract documents and approved submittals.
• Implement and aggressively enforce company safety program and practices to create a safe and healthy work environment.
• Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by superiors.

PROJECT: AL-Baha Engineering College and University KSA/JEZAN Medical College and University KSA
• Supervising the Installation and Execution of works for all Electrical and low current systems under supervision of Senior Engineer
• Making Quantity for Electrical items
• Supervision, inspection for all Electrical, Fire Alarm and Low current
• Making shop drawings for Electrical system
• Carried out inspections for Approval of works with consultant

• Designing the real time system through differential equations and aerodynamics for 6 DOF(six degree of freedom movement)
• Implementing Mathematical Model of helicopter on MATLAB through ode-45 and S-Function.
• Simulations for open loop and closed looped response for behavior of system.
• Defining our control strategy(PID control, error estimation technique and analytical approach).
• Verification of results by implementing PID control mechanism for any disturbance.
