- Currently self-adapting to latest online versions of applications and NOC’s issued by Government departments. Regularly updating on rules and regulations.
- Coordination of various services by the HR department.
- Responsible for all kinds of documents initiating and renewals such as Company formation, Trade license, Visas, Electronic work permit, Emirates id, Passport, etc.

• Receiving visitors in a good way, good shape, and manners.
• Letter drafting to the sub-contractors, consultants, and owners.
• Making daily programs on the site.
• Coordinate site laborers & drivers in the site.
• Making & distributing cheques to the suppliers.
• Substitute the purchaser & make local purchase orders.
• Receiving and making the calls, giving and collecting required
information.
• Checking & record the daily absence in the site
• Checking the illegal absence of laborers at the time of salary.
