CURRENT ROLL AND RESPONSIBILITY
Reporting to Head of Technical Department /Projects Manager.
Review all Architectural and Structural Drawings and ensure adherence to all applicable design and regulatory codes and standards.
Check specifications for all finishing trades.
Check all drawings received from Client / Consultant and notify in accordance with the site Quality Manual and procedure of any discrepancies and ensure that these are resolved.
Provide information, instructions and sketches to enable the works on site to be built correctly.
Attend technical meetings with Project Managers.
maintain records relating to my section of work.
Raise RFI’s if there are discrepancies with MEP work and Architectural finishes.
Reviewing contractors claims, p.o, qs, contracts.
Making construction plan and coordinating with planners.
Supervising Shop Drawing.
Supervising Production.
Supervising Material Requests.
Supervising Cutting lists.
Supervising Invoice .
Meeting with clients & other professions.
