Responsible for Three Projects of Fulfilment with different clients. Where holding 3 Million stocks of Multiple Product Profiles. Running operations 24-7and 365 days at around 30k sq/m warehouses. All 3 Projects are for Noon.com where two projects are for Al Futtaim logistics and one project belong to LSC itself from Noon.com.

• Manpower planning with respect to Forecasted numbers for each department shared by client. Which I measure through the current performances for each department. By adding 15% buffer.
• Prepared exact job description for each single position to doing more productive with less effort and waste.
• Determine the process to be improved, the high-level scope and the appropriate resources to involve
• Weekly meetings with all clients. Where present all week reports and show multiple comparisons to update progress graph.
• Daily sharing of P&L and Revenue generated in Operations to CEO and Finance for broader view of operations activities.
• Evaluate Operations leaders time to time for holding best Employee in the team.
• Running operations 24-7 and 365 days.
• Monitoring and well maintaining Inbound, Outbound, Inventory and client requirements.
• Cutting excessive cost by taking corrective actions in Operations structures.
• 70k Inbound Throughput daily Basis. Prepare and monitor day to day closing to avoid any supplier Dispute. TAT for Inbound we are taking here is 24-48 hours.
• 50k Outbound Throughput daily Basis. TAT for outbound we are maintaining here is 0-6 Hours.
• Feeding Old locations with New stocks for maximum space utilization.
• Keep Warehouses well categorized and well arranged.
• Communication with multiple vendors related to supply of manpower and solve any arising issues.
• Assisting CEO and Finance in preparation of month end reports.
• Reconsolidation of stock at one place for efficient operation.
