Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Associate Value Specialist (AVS®Value-Eng.) and Bachelor B.Sc. of Architectural Engineering with +17 years of overall Consultancy, Management, and Construction experience. Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, large teams of direct reports or cross-functional teams with maturity and professionalism. Successfully completed numerous of mega projects including Hospitals, Healthcare, Medical Academic, Academic, Offices, Commercial, Hotels,
High-Rise towers, and Residential Buildings of multimillion-dollars (about 3000 Million $ each). Through different project stages of Design, Design Review, Site Supervision, Construction, and Management via implementing relevant codes & references of NFPA, IBC, ASTM, OSHA, …etc., with a track record of hands-on managerial/technical and getting into the weeds to understand complex projects from the bottom up. And achieve project goals while every project has its own unique needs and objectives.
Design Concept and design development.
Develop, Review, and approve Design as a Client Rep.
Co-ordinate between different disciplines (Architecture,
Structural, Electrical and Mechanical).
Modify Design if needed.
Provide Approval for submitted materials.
Review and approve all tender documents (Specs., B.O.Q,
Design, ….etc.)
Evaluate pre-qualification of consultant offices and suppliers.
Lead the staff of consultant office and guide them to perform
adequately.
Monitor and Control the consultant's and contractors efficiency.
Provide input to the monthly progress report.
Participate in progress, technical and coordination meetings.
Solve any problems may occur during construction.
Site investigate and assessment.
Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP ) for new projects/packages
for design/supplier bedding.
Define, control, and verify scope of work for project phases.
Provide input to Study and Control cost of project phases.
Provide input to Determine budget for project phases.
Monitor and Control time schedule, base lines, mile-stones,
suppliers access dates, and client access dates.
Manage Stakeholders/End-user expectations.
Identify, monitor, and control risks for project.
