Arabia Elevator & Moving system is one of UAE's largest elevators & escalators supplier. We are SIGMA exclusive agent at UAE .Our portfolio includes large projects residential, commercial, hotel, hospital & shopping mall .
My responsibilities and tasks aim to develop company revenues & reputation through the following :
- Keep good relationship with our valuable old clients & create good relation with new developers, clients, contractors and consultants.
- Prepare traffic analysis study for consultants or clients at design stage of projects to help them design suitable shaft size for lifts .
- Visit consultants, clients, contractors for getting new project enquires for quoting .
- Prepare quotation for supply & install new lifts or escalators as per drawings .
- Prepare compliance statements according to the required specifications.
- Prepare project costing and forecasting . - Negotiate with clients about selling prices, payments terms, delivery & installation period .until finalize with him then sign agreement as agreed .
-Follow with design team to prepare shop drawing as per architecture drawings.
- Manage drawings & finishes approval .
- Follow payment collections.
- Prepare business plan for achieve sales target and approach prestigious projects.
- Focus on business development by make presentations about SIGMA products, solutions and specifications to be added on vender lists.
Worked as Automation & Electrical Engineer at Operation Manager Group Co(OMG)
1- Site Electrical engineer for general supervision on the site .
2-Factories : PLC & HMI programming, assembly of control panel & MCC (VFD, Pump station, SS), assembly & program fully automation production line .
Plant (WWTP) of Nablus Municipality in Palestine, as Instrumentation and control Engineer with
(passavant-roediger CO).
-Training on Installing motor control center (MCC) components through several panels .
-Training on Programmable logic controller system (PLC) that use in every unit in plant to make all machine, pump, bridge, motors and other actuators to operate synchronization .In addition to use software application from siemens company .
-Training on Pump station control, operation, efficiency calculations, and manage the power consumption through distribution loaded between more than one pump.
-Treatment methods on mechanical, chemical and biological processes used for waste water and sludge treatment.
-Design, dimensions and function of the Nablus WWTP.
-Control philosophy and operation of the Nablus WWTP.
-Operation and Maintenance of the Nablus WWTP.
-Overview of laboratory instruction to measure the -waste water quality control parameters for evaluation of the WWTP performance.
2009-2013: BSc in Mechatronics Engineering Faculty of Engineering, An-Najah National University, Nablus, Palestine Design Pipe and Cable Locator Robot. In this project, has been designed to determine the track of buried water pipes and electrical cables. This project will be of great importance for companies which are performing civil maintenance works. In addition this project is very important for saving water lines from possible pollution that occurred by cracked wastewater lines.
