•Making new deals with New Dentists

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job specifications.
•Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
•Conduct phone screening and face to face interviews in a professional and presentable manner.
•Attend interviews with line managers & clients for calibration purpose
•Conduct orientation sessions to potential applicants to qualify them for final interviews.
•Assist in modifying & updating job descriptions and specifications.
•Submitting daily and weekly performance reports.
•Perform other related duties as required.
•Lead a team of new comers.
