Job Responsibilities:

• Manages all systems, ensuring that each has 100% uptime.
• Configure Microsoft Hyper-V in MS cluster environment.
• Creating, administering and managing virtual machines in Hyper-V environment.
• Responsible for the EMC Networker and EMC data domain, ensure backups of oracle database, oracle erp applications, Domain server, file-server and file system backups to data domain and then duplicate to tape library.
• Managing the IT networking and connectivity for the entire site, and installing the necessary software, antivirus and operating systems.
• Reviewing and securing all Cisco devices as per Cisco recommendations.
• Monitoring and administration of Cisco-ISE (Identity Service Engine), installation & configuration of ISE client at users & desktops.
• Ensure that the IT Infrastructure is operational at all times.
• Monitor daily uses and performance of operating systems, servers and applications.
• Provide second level of support to company branches.
• Upgrade Servers from windows server2008 to windows server2012.
• Monitor system logs and activity on all servers and devices through IBM-Radar
• Provide real-time maintenance and troubleshooting of implemented server, backup, storage and security systems in a 24/7-enterprise operations environment.
• Assist with planning, documenting, and troubleshooting all software and hardware related problems within the Network Infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage disk space on the servers.
• Create and maintain user accounts, user groups, and profiles as requested.
• Creating and maintaining user’s email on office-365.
• Formatting user’s desktops & laptops, installing all the security compliance software as per company policy.
• Securing computers and servers by Implementing Enterprise Antivirus solution \[ESET Advanced Security\].
• Configuration and installation of Oracle EBS at users side
• Configuration and installation of Hyperion(Oracle EPM) at users side
• Installation and configuration of smart view for using Hyperion through MS excel add INS.
