Liaison with Projects & Departments to ensure timesheets are correctly completed authorized & received in a timely manner.
Verifying timesheets against approved allotted overtime to department / projects & upload in SAP accordingly.
Preparing payroll for regular vacationers, Termination & Resignation employees thru SAP system
Calculation of End of service benefits
Monitor & update various deduction, adjustments to employees
Preparation of payment Vouchers for vacationist’s payroll
Miscellaneous Payroll reports to management
