ACHIEVEMENTS:-
1-Save an average from 10% to 15% in purchase prices as compared to the average purchase prices for the same products supplied before.
2- Deliver regular orders within an applicable period according to nature of the products with never delaying which would eliminate the number of complaints that increase 15: 20 % of Capital turnover.
3-Achieve an average of 90days at least credit period obtained from suppliers that are saved 25% from the annual interest rate.
4- Expand the base of both local and international suppliers which reduced 15% of the operation cost.
5- Maintain the optimal stock turnover rate to ensure 15: 20 % saving to the capital turnover.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Ensure the safety of procurement department procedure to increase the performance reaching maximum utilization.
 Prepare the purchasing forecast (budgetary) for different regions which help in negotiation to save up to 20% from the operation cost.
 Reviewing purchasing contracts to ensure the continuity and enhancements of services with lowest cost.
 Develop terms and conditions of supply contracts for materials, goods, and services.
 Conclusion agreements with suppliers that guarantees lowest purchasing price.
 Ensure that all purchase orders are delivered in the shortest possible for all customization.
 Reducing transportation time and costs of delivery up to 10%.
 Plan the stock level to decrease the cost of inventory up to 15% and increase the capital turn over up to 15%.
 Reducing costs of purchase and inventories up to 15%.
 Increase efficiency & negotiation power through centralizing procurement for all divisions and regions up to 20%.

• Good ability to build relationships with Logistics mediators and work closely with transport companies to ensure that the shipment always is adequately protected to enhance the value of company's assets.
• Always ready to any changes to operating procedures, prioritization or any problems must be documented and communicated accurately.
• Required to process all technical details relating to possible transportation, such as customs regulations and any other necessary documentation.
• Able to evaluate the efficiency of the costs transportation, services and inventory within the budget and distribution strategy.
• Having a good knowledge of national and international import/export legislation.
• Having adequate ability to deal with any troubleshoot that may appear in the international freight transportation.
