- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the Purchasing unit activities
- Manages Customer Service, Planning, Logistics and Warehouse units.
- Monitors, follows up and executes the department’s APO’s.
- Plays the quality rep in the quality management system that represents the department.
- Daily monitors the company’s Sales In and Sales Out and sales target achievement.

-/ PURCHASING UNIT:
1. Ensures continuity of supply and optimal material flow to support the manufacturing operation.
2. Continuously improve the supply base through active supplier management
3. Ensure that suppliers meet quality requirements and applicable regulatory requirements by initiating appropriate action when supplier quality or compliance deficiencies are identified.
4. Coordinate and Drive supplier improvement programs to maximize value.
5. Drive supplier Qualification activities (qualify/disqualify)
6. Forecast supply vulnerabilities and implement plans to insure continuity of supply.
7. Manage commercial relationships to ensure reliable supply and appropriate resolution of any disputes that arise related to supply.
8. Report costs and monthly Purchasing activities.
9. Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
10. Coordinate with Procurement Central Unit and ensure flow of RM/ORM to business units.
11. Coordinate with the Local Purchasing Center and ensure the receipt of the local purchases on time.
12. Streamline procurement procedures and create succession team by training new recruits.
13. Initiate technical support (training and seminars) from suppliers.
14. Monitor and highlight to Plant Manager and General Manager on non-moving & high inventory level.

- /CUSTOMER SERVICE UNIT:
1. Monitors Customer Feedback Process and facilitates the focus meetings for final corrections and Corrective Actions.
2. Conducts statistical analysis for reported Issues in addition to Non-Conformances and reports results to Management review meeting.
3. Entitled to Customer visits whenever needed.



-/ WAREHOUSES:
1. Monitors the Warehouses daily operations and insures seamless coordination between them and other dept.
2. Sets and Controls the inventory levels according to the Business Plan strategy.
3. Monitors the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement of storage of raw materials between company’s warehouses



-/ LOGISTICS:
1. Monitors over the freight cost for Inbound Outbound shipments.
2. Reviews and monitors the incoming and outgoing material schedules to optimize on the available tools and resources.
3. Manages the relationship with service providers (shipping Companies, Clearing Agents, etc.)
