• Organize pre-visa formalities and business trip visa for all employees and their dependents
• Ensure all visas, and labor permits are up to dates and arrange timely renewal.
• Responding to staff queries on visa, Labor, immigration, Passport, emirates ID and medical related matters.
• Support legal dept. on government relations and licensing paper works.
• Assisting HR department with external typing, attending immigration jobs etc.
• Coordinating with other internal and external department such as JAFZA, Dubai Land Dept., Trakhees, Dubai Courts, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry also Dubai Custom and Dubai Traffic department.
• Attending attestation of certificates for the company staff.
• Responsible for the delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail on time and maintain the logbook for that.
• Delivery of payments, transfers, letters, and other important documents to various banks.
• Responsible for cash and cheque deposit to banks, collection and delivery of DD, return cheque and cheque books and other important and confidential documents from various offices.
• Assisting of vehicle registration and renewal including insurance papers work and submission of fines to traffic department.
• Taking senior executives of the company and Top Government officials for business meetings throughout the UAE as and when required.
