Project Financial Management
• Manage all financial aspects of projects to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and achievement of financial objectives.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee project budgets, analyze financial data, and provide insights to enhance project profitability.
• Develop and maintain detailed project cost estimates, considering Engineering Manhours (MH), Procurement Bill of Materials (BM), and Construction Bill of Quantities (BQ).
• Collaborate with relevant departments to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Cost Analysis and Forecasting
• Analyze project expenditures against approved budgets, identify variances, and determine their causes.
• Forecast future project costs based on current performance and trends; estimate the total project cost at completion (EAC).
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to project managers and top management.
• Estimate project costs in accordance with the contract requirements, including client office expenses, IT needs, insurance coverage, Saudization obligations, and Bank Bond Guarantees.
• Develop comprehensive cash flow and financial reports, including cost performance metrics to monitor financial health.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to illustrate factors influencing project costs and provide management with the necessary information for informed decision-making.
Change Management and Contractual Oversight
• Assess client change requests to determine their financial implications, including cost estimates and resource requirements.
• Review subcontractor agreements to confirm terms, conditions, and deliverables align with project specifications and objectives.
Cost Control and Risk Management
• Ensure the project remains on budget by monitoring costs and comparing actual expenses with budgeted amounts.
• Conduct project check estimates at 30%, 60%, and 90% completion stages for EPC projects.
• Evaluate and manage risk activities to proactively address and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring effective risk management and minimizing impact on project objectives.
Reimbursable Projects Management
• Oversee reimbursable projects, including the preparation and control of Work Elements Release (WER) budgets and Prior Approval Forms (PAF).
• Coordinate with clients to review and obtain approval for time sheets; ensure all reimbursable expenses are properly documented and approved by the client.
• Prepare accurate and timely invoices based on approved timesheets and reimbursable expenses.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices and address any payment discrepancies.
Saudization Workforce Management
• Develop and report Saudi manpower (Saudization) strategies to ensure effective fulfillment of project requirements.
