Talent Acquisition:
❖End to End recruiting processes:debriefing and guidance of hiring managers, from creation and publishing of job descriptions to generating pipeline and active sourcing to offer letters and onboarding.
❖ Developed a full-cycle recruitment process including job assessments, requisitions, candidate screening criteria, and selection.
❖ Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership (COO, CTO, VPs, Directors, Managers) to understand staffing requirements to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
❖ Partnered with People Business Partner and Functional Directors to understand current talent and diversity gaps across business functions.
❖ Demonstrated expertise in bulk hiring of IT & Non-IT positions. (MERN, MEAN, Python, QA, AWS, iOS, Android, Java etc. and non-technical roles as well).
❖ Successfully recruited resources across different regions, i.e., USA, SouthAmerica, and Eastern Europe.
❖ Initially screen candidates and conduct competency, structural and behavioral interviews.
❖ Identify and source appropriate talents for current open roles.
❖ Post job openings on relevant job boards, company’s website, LinkedIn, and other appropriate
platforms.
❖ Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards(LinkedIn Recruiter lite, Rozee.pk, Indeed,
Monster), social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
❖ Ensured recruitment activity is updated in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner within the
Applicant Tracking System.
❖ Write compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the role's
requirements and benefits.
❖ Active sourcing of candidates using LinkedIn recruiter lite.
❖ End-to end organization and leading of the whole recruiting processes, offer negotiation.
❖ Successful track record of Bulk hiring in a high growth environment.
❖ Demonstrated expertise in large-scale recruiting and on-boarding, resulting in over 1500
successful hires in FY21.
❖ Strong ability to network and continuously generate a healthy and talented pipeline of
candidates.
❖ Participation of HR Projects: Candidate Playbook, Review of Benefits, recruiting seminars.
❖ Recruiter Lite, ATS (Bamboo HR, Workable, Greenhouse), Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google
Workspace, Github..

Talent Acquisition:
● Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs, establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with the managers to discuss the needs.
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making job offers and onboarding.

Onboarding / HR Support
● Responsible for smooth employee on-boarding and coordination with different stakeholders.
● Provide employees and applicants with the right information in accordance with company policy, job responsibilities, working conditions, benefits (monetary & non-monetary) and career growth.
● Conduct Background, reference check and medical screening for new employees.
● Issue internship letters, bank letters, experience letters, employment letters, NOC, benefits letters
as required by the employee.
● Maintain employee record /joining documents in E-file system (database).
● Coordinate with bank reps for Bank Account Opening.
● Support employee requests for leave balance, letters, policy clarifications, time management and
scheduling leaves, etc.
● Handle visa processing for our US, Sri Lanka and Pakistan office.
● Ensure employee information for all regions is up to date
● Ensure non-disclosure agreement and other joining documents are collected on day one
● Update employee information on HRMS, PMS, internal reports, org charts, etc.
Payroll
● Compile monthly attendance reports for payroll of 3500 employees in accordance with SOPs.
● Verify and process sick leave forms as per SOP.
● Calculate annual leave accruals and conduct final payroll checks.
● Demonstrated ability to handle large data on excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table).
Separation
● Collect all particulars related to the office when an employee is leaving, like access card, sim card, business card, deactivate email id or forward mails as instructed, etc.
● Ensure that Exit interview, clearance form and exit form has been completed and saved in the HR folder.
Performance Management
● Monitor the evaluation process at all stages and ensure that all employees complete the review process in a timely manner.
● Ensure timely performance evaluation of probationary employees.
● Provide ongoing support, including responding to various inquiries raised by different employees,
clarifying the appraisal forms, methodology etc.
