Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Continuously develop, monitor, analyze, and achieve department Key Performance Indicators.
• Achieve Department Performance Objectives (KPIs).

-Ensure successful implementation of projects by managing all phases associated with initiating the processes, activities, and skills needed to effectively define the beginning of a project, understand customer needs and scope of work, design and develop low voltage technologies to meet customer needs. Plan project budget and define the expected cost. Define required resources and manpower skills.
-Lead technical maintenance team to provide maintenance and technical support services across the organization and customers.
-Directly involved in requesting quotations from vendors and suppliers. Control medium and large scale tendering inside the organization. Prepare and build contracts and purchase orders with purchasing department. Audit to ensure the compliance between P.O.’s, quotations and customer needs with desired terms and conditions.
-Prepare weekly progress reports, project status reports, and monthly financial reports.

-State Audit Bureau (April 2013 - August 2015) - Supplied and Installed IT Networks, IP Telephony, Cabling Infrastructure solutions, IT Consultancy Services and manpower, and provided Maintenance for 3 years - successfully handed over and received thanking letter.
-ABB-Ministry of Electricity & Water (April 2013 - December 2017) - Designed, supplied & Installed IT network and IP Telephony solutions for 23 water stations with maintenance & support - successfully handed over.
-National Assembly-New Members Building (December 2014 - December 2015) - Designed, supplied & installed ICT solutions for the new members & information center building that was honorably opened by H.H. the Amir - successfully handed over and received thanking letter from consultant and main contractor.
-Ministry of Education (December 2014 - February 2015)- Provided Manpower outsourcing maintenance services to maintain MOE School’s IT network for 1 year - successfully handed over.

ICT department Supervisor: Manage ICT strategies and plans. Direct and manage ICT engineers and technicians, and lead them across broad technical and business disciplines. Support team in every aspect and managed to change the team focus from pure technical oriented to business oriented. Manage the selection of ICT technical resources and provision of staff training courses. Lead technical maintenance team in providing maintenance and technical support services across the organization and customers and set the priorities between system development, maintenance and operations. • Project Management: Ensure successful implementation of projects by managing all phases associated with planning, starting from writing the scope of work, to closing the project. Lead the team across the technical and financial disciplines, drive them through different levels of risks, and focus on business objectives and track progress to ensure project milestones are completed on time, within budget, and reach customer desired results.
• Presales & procurement activities: Prepare and brief the technical requirement of direct clients and tenders along with ICT engineers. Work on specifications and requirement to prepare BOM & BOQ’s and generate initial costing sheets. Prepare technical write-up for sales proposals. Prepare quotations and contracts, and liaise with purchasing department on preparing purchase orders.
• Administration activities: Recruit manpower resources, plan required training courses, orientation of technical manpower in the department, maintain a safe and secure work environment, and help in developing growth opportunities to staff & department.
• Management reports: prepare weekly project’s progress & financial reports.
