- Make Interviews with subcontractors and suppliers who deal with the company, and informed them the price and discusses the business obligations that will be assigned to them .
- Prepare all contracts & purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers, and all other contracts that the company is in agreement with .
- Prepare the official letters for the company to all sides.
- Prepare and update the database of contractors and suppliers and Analyzes it According to the company need for the projects.
- Coordination of all administrative affairs for Contractors.
- Preparation of periodic reports on contracting and procurement processes, as required by the company's management .
- Preparation of comparison tables to support the management in the evaluation of offers.
- Prepare all the site works documents.
● 5/2012 till 7/2012 Working at HR and Administration Department, as Administration Officer .
- Doing all administration work of the project .
- Prepare the official letters for the company to all sides.
- Supervision of employees and labors accomodations and follow-up all the requirements for it .
