Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance Culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce in different sectors and industries.
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
• Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.

Organize; manage the operations of the HR Department for the company including employee benefits programs, wage and salary administration, employee relations and personnel records to ensure that the personnel need of the company are efficiently met.

Plan, direct and review the activities and operations of the company’s Human resources activates including, obtaining visas and work permits, compensation and benefits, performance management and labor relations at company’s different branches in Libya, Morocco and Egypt. Responsible for the efficient running and manning of the Branch. This responsibility includes the establishment of adequate administrative procedures to allow for accurate and timely reporting to customers of the Branch, Maersk Head Office and any concerned local authorities
•Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
•Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
