Participating in implementing of T&L and HR & patrol modules.
Experience in Requirement gathering, analysis, Design and ERP implementation.
Analyzing the business activities and the current following processes
Creating Fit / Gap analysis sheets
Creating the required solution design documents (SDD) considering the as is & to be processes.
Proposing the customized solution and prepare the technical design document (TDD).
Conducting core and end user training.
Creating (UAT) User Acceptance Test Document and conducting the session to test the system.
Creating user manual and training document
