• Led the implementation of Infor LN in a manufacturing environment for the largest Printing & Packaging group in the Gulf. During this ERP implementation, I was tasked with converting business needs to ERP functionality and ensuring that training and documentation was delivered to the business units. This position managed the implementation within a 400 person functional organization that was also applying an extensive Value Stream Analysis throughout its operations.
• Led a project team tasked with implementing new business processes within the company’s existing ERP. My project drove business excellence, reduced manufacturing lead-time and provided management with a full suite of tools for “best-in-class” management of its business processes. This project managed the review of ERP implementation and utilization for 10 business units.
