Job Details & Responsibilities:

 Preparation for piping welding map (spooling) dividing the isometric to spools and additional joints for each isometric revised or modified.
 Controlling bill of material for each isometric to be fabricate.
 Preparation of all technical documents according to all relevant codes and standards including Test Packs.
 Follow up and closed the Punch List.
 Supervising the prefabrication and erection of piping insulation hot and cold types as per code and thickness.
 Finalization of Pipe Routing (Large Bore + Small Bore).
 Prepare issued for construction drawings and schedules.
 Review erection manuals, Specifications, 3D model delivery schedules and P&ID design for all mechanical systems.
 Prepare and follow up technical reports Non conformance reports (NCR), Request for Information (RFI), Site Observation Notice (SON) and coordinate with Construction and Engineering teams to find the solutions.
 Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to Site engineers.
 Help procurement engineers purchase high-quality pipes and instruments for the projects.
