Job Details & Responsibilities:
Preparation for piping welding map (spooling) dividing the isometric to spools and additional joints for each isometric revised or modified.
Controlling bill of material for each isometric to be fabricate.
Preparation of all technical documents according to all relevant codes and standards including Test Packs.
Follow up and closed the Punch List.
Supervising the prefabrication and erection of piping insulation hot and cold types as per code and thickness.
Finalization of Pipe Routing (Large Bore + Small Bore).
Prepare issued for construction drawings and schedules.
Review erection manuals, Specifications, 3D model delivery schedules and P&ID design for all mechanical systems.
Prepare and follow up technical reports Non conformance reports (NCR), Request for Information (RFI), Site Observation Notice (SON) and coordinate with Construction and Engineering teams to find the solutions.
Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to Site engineers.
Help procurement engineers purchase high-quality pipes and instruments for the projects.
