Project manager for 10, 000 sq/m project contains 8 villas with basements, 11 swimming pools, etc... Super vision and quality control to achieve the client's satisfactions
Organize, administrate and supervise the design and supervision processes
Recording and monitoring actions required to be completed and monitoring as well as reviewing the stakeholders reports as directed by the Project Manager
Prepare various progress reports for the Project Manager’s review
Ensure the project is planned and managed in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual
Responsible for preparation and day to day implementation and updating of the Project Execution Plan
Assist in implementing and managing the design review and value management processes and workshops
Assist the Project Manager in the management of the project as directed
Coordinate under the Project Manager’s direction of all the design and works related to the projects between the different stakeholders including internal project team
Manage consultants and contractors engagement to execute project works as contracted
Manage all the phases of development and construction of the project till completion
Raise change notifications and manage change control
Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
Provide leadership in planning and designing, implementation of work plans as well as monitors the quality of output and achievement for long-term goals and objectives for the company
Risk management, evaluate opportunities and mitigate risks
