As Site Mechanical Engineer responsible for all Mechanical works on the site.
• Supervision all mechanical works as (HVAC, firefighting, Water supply system, Drainage system, sanitary fixtures, gray water system, compressed air system, LPG system, water fountain system, Swimming pools system, BMS system and fuel system).
• Coordinating and monitoring the installation, testing, and commissioning of Installation of all types of HVAC systems (AHU`s, chilled water FCU`s, DX_ FCU`s, package unites, mini splits, exhaust fans outdoors units, all ducting work and other ).
• Coordinating and monitoring the installation Testing and commissioning of Plumbing work (Water supply system, Drainage system, Sanitary fixtures installation, Installation of PRV`s and other accessories)
• Coordinating and monitoring the installation of Firefighting work (Installation of Fire hose Cabinets, Fire Extinguishing systems (Automatic and Manual), FM200 systems, sprinklers systems and other utilities).
• Coordinating and monitoring the installation External work (Water supply system, Drainage systems, Fire Fighting systems, Irrigation systems, Manholes and Valve boxes and storm drainage).

As Mechanical Engineer responsible for:

•Supervision and inspection all mechanical works as (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, gray water system, compressed air system, LPG system, water fountain system and fuel system).
•Materials review and approval all mechanical system as mentioned above.
• Coordinating and monitoring the installation, testing, and commissioning of Installation of all types of HVAC systems (AHU`s, chilled water FCU`s, DX_ FCU`s, package unites, mini splits, exhaust fans outdoors units, all ducting work and other ).
• Coordinating and monitoring the installation of Plumbing work (Water supply system, Drainage system, Sanitary fixtures installation, Installation of PRV`s and other accessories)
• Coordinating and monitoring the installation of Fire fighting work(Installation of Fire hose Cabinets, Fire Extinguishing systems(Automatic and Manual), FM200 systems, sprinklers systems and other utilities).
• Coordinating and monitoring the installation External work(Water supply system, Drainage systems, Fire Fighting systems, Irrigation systems, Manholes and Valve boxes and storm drainage).
•Give Site Instructions Daily Reports.
•Attend all technical meetings with Client and Contractor.
•Review Contractor method statements & submittals.
