Senior Mechanical Engineer / WTP InCharge (Edible Oil Refinery) responsible for supervision of 1440 m3/day SWRO (Two pass system with PX technology from ERI) & 24 ton/hr steam plant (BOSCH). Started working on this project from the beginning of the construction and continued through commissioning and production as well. The project is a manufacturing complex related to refining crude edible oil (palm, sunflower and ground nut oil) and filling of the refined oil for distribution in the market (locally and to neighboring countries). Also, the complex included mayonnaise, margarine and soap production facilities.
Role / Responsibilities:
• Supervise SWRO system (1440 m3/day) and boilers (12 tons/hr x 2 at 15 bars) within an edible oil refinery complex.
• Train and manage operators for efficient system operation.
• Ensure utilities (RO plant, steam plant, chillers, cooling towers) operate within guidelines.
• Implement water treatment programs with Nalco products for system protection.
• Conduct water tests to optimize chemical dosing and monitor RO membrane condition.
• Manage CIP procedures for RO membranes based on fouling/scaling type.
• Perform preventive maintenance on a regular schedule.
• Approve systems post-commissioning for compliance with contract specifications.
• Maintain communication with staff for timely project/production completion.
• Ensure QA/QC standards and specific requirements are met.
• Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and installation of mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during production or operation.
• Conduct tests and experiments to validate designs and performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of design changes and project progress.
• Managing preventive & corrective maintenance activities for HVAC systems.
• Stay updated on advancements in mechanical engineering technology and practices.

Senior Mechanical Engineer (Water & Wastewater Treatment) responsible for supporting water and wastewater treatment projects for public, private, energy and industrial sector clients with strong technical and consulting skills.
Role / Responsibilities:
• Manage environmental water/wastewater treatment projects.
• Develop P&IDs and PFDs (Process and Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams).
• Prepare project designs and reports.
• Ensure timely project completion by communicating with staff as necessary.
• Provide project review, QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control), and compliance with client-specific requirements.
• Coordinate design activities with other design disciplines.

Water & Wastewater Treatment System Engineer responsible of the design, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup & PPMP of water and wastewater treatment systems.
Role / Responsibilities:
• Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients to introduce the company's services.
• Design sewage treatment plants for domestic sewage treatment.
• Design large-scale sewage treatment plants.
• Design pump stations and determine appropriate pipe sizing for all plant pumps and pipes.
• Prepare technical bids for new projects, including cost estimates and technical specifications.
Mechanical Engineer for the design and execution of a vegetable market that includes the following:
• Design, oversee, and maintain drainage and sewer systems within buildings and infrastructure.

Feb 2007 - Jun 2011 University of Balamand Tripoli, Lebanon Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor (BSc) BSc Project: The design and manufacturing of a small chiller device for cooling water. The device capacity is 5 L of water that is cooled from tap water temperature (18- 25 C) to an output temperature of 2 C (Project Grade 82/100). Worked as an assistant in the Mechanical Engineering Lab.
