Position: Management Accountant Role & Responsibilities:
• Monthly costing of medical departments to ascertain the departmental performance.
• Making payments for in house and visiting doctors, maintaining their outstanding payments.
• Preparing reports on doctors performance and analyzing their total payout with their total revenue generation.
• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and variance analysis.
• Petty cash verifications.
• Handling quarterly external review and yearly audit.
• Maintaining supplier ledgers (Labs, Pharmacies etc.).
• Maintaining loan schedules.
• Maintaining Asset Register & schedule of depreciation.
Position: Accountant Role & Responsibilities:
• Working on PACT Revenue ERP system.
• Recording sales & purchases systematically.
• Keeping track on aged receivables and following up by sending Statement of Accounts.
• Intra Company Accounts Reconciliation.
• Counting physical inventory and reconciling any discrepancies within the system.
• Assisting the Financial Controller in submitting the VAT return.
• Preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss etc.)
• Handling creditors and making payments on the agreed credit terms.
• Liaising with external auditors for the audit requirements.
• Preparing salaries for the staff & workers.
• Handling and Reconciliations of Petty Cash.
• Performing Bank Reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Reporting to the Financial Controller & Managing Director on the companys financial position.
Position: Assistant Accountant Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for receivables and payables.
• Creating invoices with proper documentation and maintaining their records.
• Preparing payments by verifying documents and requesting any disbursements.
• Following up for aged receivables.
• Customer / Supplier communications.
• Assisted with Bank Reconciliations.
