• Responsible to raise Project PRs in SAP as per final bill of quantities, work scope and/or project specification for SEC approved materials.
• Coordinate with Planning Engineer for allocation of budget and Project Manager for approvals of all purchase requisitions.
• Finalization of Purchase Orders with committed controls, terms and conditions with suppliers under specified limits.
• Initiate the workflow in Win-shuttle for purchases after final approval of Project Manager.
• Keep tracking the task until PO finalization.
• Upload the SEC approved Project Progressive Invoices and track them till acknowledgement from SEC.
• Submission of product technical data, samples and shop drawings for approval to ensure that the correct product and quantities will be installed on the project.
• Submission of supplier prequalification for SEC verification on portfolio of best supplier for execution of sublet work.
• Maintain the Drawing control sheet (DCS) for updated information of latest revision of approved IFC drawings.
• Maintain the major reports for submittal status and purchase control sheet for the project.
• After material deliveries and GR in system and QA/QC approval, keep follow up for the invoices to settle the PO.
• Preparation of Service entry sheet in SAP after job completion at SITE duly approved by Site manager and process the invoice for payment.
• Follow up for the payments of clean invoices under process with accounts department.
• Coordinate with SITE persons for routine tasks.
Responsibility: Responsible for Imports of Raw Material for Polypropylene Industry from U.A.E / other oriented region and Exports of Ethanol to different buyers.
Brief Job Description: My job parameter covers the financing facilities sanctioned under LCs and its discounting lines, Logistics that is specified for Polypropylene/Polyethylene from custom clearance to factory and Ethanol transportation from factory to shore tanks and ensure its normal losses, custom bonded warehousing for import goods and also look for the excise matters at terminal.
OTHER
• Also looking for Directors’ foreign remittance and outstation staff salaries on monthly basis.
• Incorporate other official matters on ad hoc basis as per the management’s instructions.
PROJECT
Execution of payments to contractors for new project of TANDO ALLAYAR SUGAR MILLS (PVT) LTD through SBFF, STFF and in some case through in-land LCs.
Responsibility: Leading & Supervision Finalization of Accounts, Audit Facilitation, and preparation of Periodical Reports
Responsibility: Performed audit engagements as per the firm’s designed methodologies as identified under the rules of ICAP.
Brief Job Description: Responsible for review of internal controls over specialized processing cycles, evaluate accounting systems to determine their efficiency and effectiveness, perform audit and consulting engagements individually and as part of a team, document the existing processes through interviews, observation and inquiry, identify risks and key control activities, perform tests of internal controls and ensure all steps of the audit program were completed.
