Managing the hotel projects
Maintain the entire hotel include all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with the energy conservation and preventive maintenance programs.
Maintain effective Preventative Maintenance
Monitors and Analysis utility consumption to ensure energy saving
Manage year to year budget and discuss it in the concerning meeting
Implement the FF&E projects and plan for the next year one
Maintain the entire hotel facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with the energy conservation and prevention maintenance programs. Maintain Preventative Maintenance programs.
Responsible for the hiring, training and supervising of the department staff
Manage spare parts, store and following up the store keeper.
Conduct a round in the different areas to stand on the real status of proper and safe conditions
Manage the team leaders and be sure that they deliver the proper operation with high quality service.
Ensures effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.
Maintenance Engineer:
Responsible for all guest rooms’ maintenance from December 2005 till now,
(AC, Low Current, Electrical, Plumbing, and Decorations….etc) and keep the
hotel rooms ready all the time.
Project Manager for 7 Guest floors renovation (Ramadan 2005).
Prepare preventive maintenance plan for the building.
Determine schedules. Sequence and assignments for work activities.
Supervise handing-in of work from traders and contractors.
Inspection and supervision of public amenities.
Manage spare parts and store keeping.
Analysis and monitors utility consumption.
Ensures effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.
Handling and follow up log sheets, Energy Saving.
Carefully checking the Main Plant Rooms and follow up pending works and safety alarms.
Conduct a round in the different areas to stand on the real status of proper and safe conditions.
Check the availability of the property keys.
Check the pending repair and maintenance orders and take the necessary action to execute it.
Check the safety and fire alarms reports and make sure of the normal position and alarms.
Pre opening and attending the Handing over of the Royal Galleria from the contractor.
Soft opening and starting up Operations.
Maintenance program for the building equipments.
Operation and maintenance engineer in charge of all maintenance procedures for the main Galleria plant \[Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing\].
Analysis and monitors utility consumption.

Carefully reading all pervious shifts reports, physically checking the Main Plant Rooms and follow up pending works and safety alarms.

Check the availability of emergency equipment and tools.
Check the availability of the property keys.
Check the pending repair and maintenance orders and take the necessary action to execute it.
Check the safety and fire alarms reports and make sure of the normal operation and alarms
Electrical Engineer in charge of work orders handling and follow up, shift tours, report, and log sheets, Energy Saving.
Carefully reading all pervious shifts reports, physically checking the Main Plant Rooms and ensure clear understanding of the guest complains, pending works and safety alarms.
Ensure attendance of all shift technicians and brief them of the current situation and assume tasks.
Conduct a round in the different areas to stand on the real status of proper and safe conditions.
Check the availability of emergency equipment and tools.
Check the safety and fire alarms reports and make sure of the normal position and alarms.
Opening Team as Electrical Engineer.
Electrical Engineer in charge of Hotel operation and work orders handling for Guest Rooms & Public Areas.
Check for Hotel plants such as BMS system, HVAC system: Chillers, Cooling Towers, Hot Water Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Laundry, kitchens. Sewage Plant Room, Swimming Pools, Exterior/Interior Light, Ballrooms functions and Public Areas.
Organizing and dealing with Outside Contractors for projects and new works to be finalized providing smooth Hotel operation preventing Guest disturbance.
Monitoring the Fire Detection System & the Fire Fighting System during the shift to ensure Secure & Safety for the Building, guests and employees
Direct sales to customers, studying tender coordination and technical specifications documents, sizing and recommending the correct types of valves according to the required quotations in many fields such as Petroleum industry, gas and liquid gas, food industry, chemical and medicine industry.
