• Coordinating with the Logistics department regarding the delivery of goods
• Preparing delivery order and sales invoice from LPO received from client.
• Update the quotation registry on a monthly basis
• Maintain & monitor the pending orders of the respective sales person.
• Prepare quotations and technical submittals as per the instructions from the sales team.
• Supports the sales team in the day to day activities and ensure the submittals are delivered on time.
