Duties and responsibility:
As an Assistant Director of Food&Beverage manager I am responsible to assist
The Director of Food and Beverage Manager in the short and long term,
Planning and the management of food and beverage operation in the front
And heart of the house to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service.
• : Developing and maintaining food and beverage Goals sets Expectation and holds food and beverage leadership team accountable for demonstrating desired service behaviors.
• Reviews financial reports and statement to determine how food and beverage against budget.
• Focuses on maintaining profit margins without compromising guest or employee satisfaction
• Leading Food and Beverage Team Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence and encourage others, advocates sound financial/business decision making, demonstrates honesty/integrity. Leads by example.
• Review comment cards, guest satisfaction results and other data to identifying areas of improvement.
• Empower Employees to provide excellent guest service
• Share plans to take corrective action based on comment cards and guest satisfaction results with property leadership.
• Ensure Employees are treated fairly and equitable.

• Monitor the guest feedback in relation to service, products and promotion and review with the food & beverage Manager.
• Responsible and oversee all the training activities of the food & beverage Department in conjunction with Human Resource/training Manager.
• Managed and lead almost sixty skilled employees in the outlets with different positions.
• Review and control the weekly payroll for all the areas according to the budgets established.
• Work with account department to oversee physical inventories, analyses special reports, slow moving items and stock list.
• Proactive during service peak times maintaining a highly visible proof line in outlets.
• Work with pleasant manner and positive attitude at all the time and promote a good company image to guest and colleagues.
• Ensure that the standards required by the management are maintained and followed.
