My Responsibilities are:
1- Controlling process from DCS:
By Intensive Focus on all Field Parameters to Ensure regularity of Process and Protect Vessels/Storage Tanks,
Lines and Equipment From Damaging or Cracking or Material Overflow.
2. Monitoring Field Activities Related to It:
Through Checking Field Parameters and Ensuring all Equipment are Healthy and Running in Effective Way and
in Case of any Abnormality Fast Actions Taken by Immediate Coordination With Maintenance Departments.
3. Process improvement:
Continuous trying to improve product quality and reduce production costs .
4. Troubleshooting:
Start to Troubleshoot Most of Process Problems and We are Under Continuous Learning From Production,
Quality, Mechanical and Electrical issues Facing Us and by This Way Our knowledge Enlarging Day by Day.
5. Production Plan according to the Annual Operating Plan.
6. Minimizing Waste - to maintain efficiency of operations.

My Responsibilities are :
• Communicate written product specific manufacturing instructions to production team.
• Allocate raw materials using analytical results.
• Monitor control points in the manufacturing process to assure that process is in control and troubleshoot when necessary.
• Apply analytical results to production adjustments.
• Identify opportunities for process and productivity improvements through the validation process and through in-process monitoring and trending.
• Work closely with Production and Planning teams to commercialize first production of new products.
• Work closely with the Production and Technical teams to improve and optimize production of new products.
Attack Gypsum Manufacturers calcined Gypsum (stucco) by Treat Raw Stones from Quarries of Sinai (best all over the world ) which Have a High Whiteness and High purity
of calcium Sulfate Through Best Technical procedures (Attaka Gypsum Company) .
