Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability.

Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation annual review.

Ensuring the recruitment and selection process is adhered to using TALEO and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried out.

Liaise with the company lawyer for the legal issues and handling the legal documents.

Handling the pay reviews/absence monitoring/wage queries are managed in line with company guidelines through HR System (OASYS)
