• Managing fieldwork on client sites including liaising with other departments, legal advisors, property advisors, actuaries, system process assurance teams, IT experts and other advisors;
• Ensuring staff is properly trained and receives constructive feedback.
• Evaluation and assessment of business processes, which involves documenting and critically reviewing all significant accounting streams, identifying weaknesses in the control systems, evaluating their impact on the financial statements, making recommendations to the management; and
• Building relationships with the client staff and acting as an ambassador for the firm.
• Identify issues and agree resolution with clients ensuring they are up to date with the job’s progress.
• Supervising and coaching of junior members of staff to help them realize their full potential and provide on the job training for developing auditing skills and familiarity with firm’s audit methodologies.
