• Server Administra'on and Contract Management: I oversee user groups, security permissions, and group policies, ensuring the smooth opera'on of system components. Addi'onally, I handle contract renewal and acquisi'on in compliance with company policy.
• Infrastructure Maintenance and Support: My responsibili'es encompass maintaining various hardware components, including laptops, desktops, servers, routers, switches, and printers. I also manage security system updates and provide support for internet, intranet, LAN, WAN, and Windows networking segments.
• Interdepartmental Collabora'on and Technical Support: I collaborate with diferent teams for troubleshoo'ng and root cause analysis. I ensure the reliable
opera'on of computer systems, network servers, ERP applica'ons, database servers, websites, and cloud networks, fostering seamless integra'on across
pla'orms.
• Performance Monitoring and Improvement: I monitor IT performance metrics to iden'fy areas for enhancement, ensuring the IT department meets
organiza'onal needs efec'vely.
• Upgrades, Automa'on, and Integra'on: My role involves installing and upgrading computer components and so'ware, managing virtual servers, and
integra'ng automa'on processes. I also configure CCTV systems, IP telephony, and PBX systems.
• Troubleshoo'ng, Documenta'on, and Service Management: I address hardware and so'ware issues, documen'ng problems and solu'ons while priori'zing tasks based on impact. I handle service requests, so'ware installa'ons, ERP upgrades, user management, DNS resolu'on, and an'virus solu'ons. Addi'onally, I manage backup opera'ons and implement data protec'on measures, disaster recovery plans, and failover procedures.

• Conduct rou'ne audits of systems and backups as scheduled. Implement safety procedures, IT policies, and data recovery plans. Administer server machines and install centraliza'on opera'on applica'ons. Create budgets, user manuals, IT department policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Ensure 'mely installa'ons, maintenance, and upgrades to meet client specifica'ons. Configure and implement OS, Virtualiza'on, SQL server, and Network devices.
