Establish team objectives and plans, communicate expectations, develop team skills, train and encourage team members, assess performance, handle conflicts and address concerns.
Oversee and execute projects as per contract conditions, schedules and budget limits.
Manage project planning, scheduling, supervising, controlling and administering to ensure on time completion
With less cost or time overrun. Supervise and enforce corrective actions by setting up project control system.
Perform project risk analysis, determine risk factors and evaluate effect on schedule, costs and quality as well as advice management on the same.
Formulate project strategy during the implementation / care phase and develop plans to coordinate activities of project team and all internal and external parties involved.
Develop excellent working relations with clients to handle expectations. Provide support in defining scope, goals, objectives and delivery of projects.
Control project related costs and expenses with assigned budget and take possible corrective actions in order to bring spending on target. Determine problem areas and advice corrective measures by analyzing schedules.
Liaise with consultants, clients, project management, subcontractors and other departments to ensure update of information that will affect schedule and cost including establishment of project control.
Participate actively in site meetings and weekly checks to discuss various project matters.
Discuss project status and work priority by converging with site staffs.
Handle preparation of periodic reports and extension of time claims; review bid documents before submission.
