Responsible for installation and integration of High end ELV system
• Responsible for the site works implementation, documentation, site technician daily task assignment and monitoring their progress in order to achieve the project target completion.
• Create sketches for shop drawing, single line diagram as per the BOQ and give it to the CAD operator for proper drawing and for submittal to the client.
• Supervise and train site technicians and subcontractors to carryout site works according to the approved design and shop drawing.
• Maintain the works schedule and ensure all task/milestones are completed on time and in good order according to company standards and approved shop drawing.
• Coordinate to all concern trades in-charge / site engineer for the smooth work implementation.
• Attend site meetings from time to time and liaise with other trades for details of works and coordination of requirement amongst various parties.

• List down all the needed installation materials for the assigned project and submit to project manager to purchase.
• Report to Project Manager for the site progress and any problem being encountered for assistance and guidance
• Perform testing and commissioning of the installed system and handover to the concern parties
• Prepared handover documentation upon completion of the project.

Responsible on the installation and integration of High end AV system
• Determines materials, resources and labor time required for the wiring and cabling installation and termination of high end Audio Visual system, provides information to the project Engineer for preparation of project cost estimates, conducts testing of installed and terminated equipment to ensure proper connectivity and transmission throughout in accordance with appropriate standards, ensure all required labeling and documentation is accurate and complete.
• A/V Rack builders including termination of all the equipment in the rack
• Conduct commissioning and testing after the completion of project for proper turnover of the project.
• Operation and maintenance of Installed A/V system including live scoring of football events national and international competition.
Responsible on the Operation and Maintenance of all electronics system:
Audio Visual System - Handling of daily function of the hotel, using smart control an audio-visual software technology that can control the sound system and the visual system, on single laptop source that can view up to six built-in LCD projector and two plasma television on the pre-function area with the following sources, RGB input from the laptop, DVD player and MATV in house viewing channel of the Hotel, Built-in Language Translator with maximum of three translators and having 50 portable wireless headphone, including multi cordless and clip microphones and set up manually on the other function room with out built-in audio visual system such as portable sound system, portable LCD projector, portable screen, document camera, wired microphone, wireless microphone and clip microphone and assisted guest in setting up their laptop connected to the LCD projector and configure it with the dual screen output thru function F5 etc. Ensuring accurate on-time set-up and recovery of audiovisual equipment, monitor equipment operation at each assigned event, observing and controlling room light levels, sound, and temperature and instructing guests or clients about proper equipment use and operation.
Telephone System - Handling daily complains on the hotel operation, installation af new telephone lines and instruments, repair and preventive maintenance, installation of new out door and indoor network cable for voice and data outlet using copper wire for outdoor and CAT 5 for the indoor and software configuration for PABX Sysytem.
MATV System - daily maintenace of the MATV system to ensure that all 50 in house viewing channels of the Hotel are working properly.
Fidelio Complain - Checking from time to time the complain from housekeeping regarding the maintenance of the guest rooms such as TV problem, Safety vault problem, telephone problem and attend on the spot guests and operation complains.
